Feedback Types

Our Feedback Form Script lets you gather four different types of feedback: Suggestions, Bugs, Compliments, and Complaints. Users can select the type of feedback they want to submit to you and then fill in a customized web form with the relevant input fields based on their selection. The script includes automatic form validation to make sure the input types are correct, for example, the email address field. The form also includes a CAPTCHA to protect you from spam.

Suggestions

Users' suggestions can help you improve your website, app, products, and services. With our feedback system, you can collect an unlimited number of recommendations and analyze them as well as use the data to formulate strategies on how to grow your business.

Compliments

Use our Feedback Form Script to ask your clients to send testimonials and compliments. When writing a compliment, your clients have the option to select a specific person or company department they want to send it to or the product or service you have offered to them that they liked.

Complaints

Receiving complaints from customers can give mixed feelings. But it's wise to make it easy for your users to send the complaints directly to you instead of posting them elsewhere. If you know what your clients complain about, you can use the feedback to fix it.

Get notified as soon as someone clicks the submit button to send feedback using the script. You can also send personalized thank-you email messages to clients that have taken the time to share their opinion with you. You can send mail with the PHP mail function or with SMTP.

Bootstrap easily – an installation wizard will automatically install the Feedback Form Script for you. Just upload the files onto your hosting account's web server and the wizard will install the script server-side. Then you'll only need to copy-paste a small JavaScript code snippet into the front end code of the web page you'd like to integrate the script on.
